Germany - Verpackungsgesetz (LUCID Packaging Register)
In 2019 Germany’s Packaging Act VerpackG came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).
My company cactuskhee is registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR). My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY.
As consumer please ensure that all received packaging is disposed of in the right recycling containers, Blue for all paper & cardboard and Yellow for all plastics.

DUTIES AND TAXES
- Packages shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
- Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as this store does not cover those additional fees.
- Our store holds no responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
- The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of Australia), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
- Once in awhile EU/UK customers may experience delays with the delivery of their orders as they will need to pay VAT on their end (this shop does not cover the expenses for VAT)

Will you stock/restock (x) item?
Items will restock depending on demand. Please check khee's socials for store update posts.
Will you sell these items at upcoming conventions?
There is no guarantee any specific item will be at future conventions especially if listed as a limited item so it’s best to purchase on the site while they are available if you want to be sure. Please check khee's socials for store update posts.
Can i combine my orders?
We will not be offering this. Please make sure you place your entire order in 1 transaction to avoid paying multiple shipping costs.
Return/exchange/refund policy?
All orders are final. We do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds so please choose carefully before placing your order. Only cases for a refund is if something unexpected occurs on my end and i am unable to fulfill your order. you will be contacted before an order is refunded.
I made a mistake on my shipping address/my address details have changed!
Please contact me via email kheemaeda@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and correct details. Updates cannot be made once orders have dispatched. We do not offer refunds or replacements if parcels do not arrive due to incorrect address details.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders with all items in stock will be shipped out biweekly.
For orders that include any preorder items, please check the product pages for estimated shipping schedule. Any in stock items bought in the same transaction as a preorder item will be shipped together after the preorder date.
Does shipping include tracking?
Some services have been suspended due to flight cancellations and government restrictions. To make deliveries more safe all orders will have tracking added.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Due to COVID-19, packages may take up to 3 months to arrive. Please check the list at the top of the page to see if your country is affected.
If your order has not arrived by then, please send an inquiry with your order number and a replacement or refund will be arranged.
My order is incorrect/missing items.
Please contact us with your order number and we will arrange an alternative.
My order arrived damaged.
Please email me with photos and your order number if any items arrive damaged and we can work out a solution for a replacement etc. (bubbles on acrylic items may just be the removable protective film)
