I love the products but shipping

The charms were great but shipping is little long

thank you for purchasing from my shop. please take note that the items you purchased were listed as preorder so were not available to pack/send immediately upon purchase. Also, i cannot control the speed for delivery if that was what you were unsatisfied with. i do not offer express shipping due to extra costs for the customer but all packages come with tracking information as i am based in Australia and want to make sure orders are not lost and arrive safely. thank you for understanding and supporting my shop.
